We are a collective of sewers making fabric masks for our dear neighbors and friends of the Navajo Nation.
I'm Amber Irwin. Since the pandemic began, I have been one of the organizers of a large local sewing Facebook group Making Masks - North Valley Utah. Through this, I have been working alongside several incredible organizations to provide our police departments, fire departments, nursing homes, and many more with fabric masks. During this time, a request from a Navajo Nation hospital came to us. It was a large order, and so I decided to ask all of the hospitals on the reservation and the Navajo Police if they would have any need for fabric masks. Over 70,000 have been requested and I need help!

We need more teams that can help sew fabric masks to send to the Navajo Nation.
Our supplies are dwindling and some are difficult to come by, see if you have materials that we need.
